Notice: annual general meeting of Lakeview Residents' Association on 26 October, 6 pm

The AGM will be held in the clubhouse. Members who cannot attend can nominate a proxy by Friday.

1. Accounts for 2025-26
2. Security contract renewal
3. Playground fund (proposed 3 lakh rupees, demo)
4. Election of two committee members
5. Any other matter with the chair's consent

Please bring your member card. Tea will be served after the meeting.

If you want to propose a resolution, send it in writing to the secretary by 20 October. The accounts will be circulated by email five days before the meeting.

Only fully paid-up members can vote. Voting is by show of hands, unless 10 members ask for a ballot.
